The problem with Groupon is that most of the vendors that are selling on Groupon offer the same price if you buy for them directly and that’s because if you buy from them directly, they don’t have to pay Groupon their fee. This is the fundamental flaw in Groupon‘s business model people use Groupon to find the deal and then they just purchased from the vendor directly..
