@crmnallyobsessed: AMERICAN TOURISTS ARRESTED: Will this stunt cause the public to be banned from filming Punch the Monkey? For those out of the loop, Punch is a Japanese macaque who was rejected by his mother and grew an attachment to a stuffed orangutan. His adorableness took the internet by storm with many traveling to the Ichikawa City Zoo to visit the little snow monkey. But looks like some may be taking it a bit too far. On May 17, police say two Americans went to the zoo and cameras caught one of them jumping into the enclosure wearing a smiley face costume. The monkeys scattered from the costumed man and reports say he and his friend were quickly detained. Since then the two suspects, 24-year-old Reid Jahnai Dayson and 27-year-old Neal Jabahri Duan, were charged with forcible obstruction of business. Since the incident, the zoo stated that Punch's enclosure will now be restricted with "intrusion prevention nets" and permanent patrols at the site. They’re also considering banning video recording at the site. #PunchTheMonkey #CrimeNews #PunchUpdate
