Easy answer: Road Rage. Her history goes back to a color error with some Tracks toys from G1. One of the conventions I think made for bio for her, which is why she's a favorite. As a bot, she is described as an absolute sweetheart. When she transforms, due to an irreversible glitch in her navigation system, she becomes a short tempered, angry driver. That Jekyll and Hyde approach to a transformers character, where their alt mode brings out a different personality is just a favorite trope of mine. When they used that trope in Cyberverse with Grimlock, I was so glad to see it.
