I'd literally write on the receipt, right under "Approved, Thank You," in big red letters: "If I'm paying a $6 guest service fee, then I don't need to leave a tip." Then I'd fill in the total, pay in exact change, and walk out.

if there are any extra fees on my receipt except for things I ordered then depending on total that amount is either coming out of the tip or is the tip. always leave a note to why also

Fake but yes restaurants have started charging fees to cover the charge they encure when you use a credit card, but if you pay in cash they remove this fee.
