The M5 is parked perfectly. I thought it was in double yellows but it isn’t. Could of pulled the M5 a little bit closer I suppose but still good.

Everybody is missing that the BMW is not in the parking box - look at how it overlaps the outer lines (not the front and rear). This would qualify for a parking ticket so BMW is at fault here 😁

There’s nothing wrong with the BMW parking EVEN if he was 6 inches closer to the kerb THE LORRY CANNOT GET DOWN THERE. Since they are on the kerb, which they must not do, so the road should have a sign unsuitable for HGV’s or lose that parking space.

I'd blame the council also as pretty sure your not supposed to park so close to a junction therefore they shouldn't of put a parking bay there. the vehicle was not within the box surrounding. look at the roadside clip

its the london roads the government keep making the roads narrower or adding extra parking on roads and making it difficult for the drivers to manoeuvre!

Regardless of the BMW being slightly outside the box, the lorry would still need to mount the kerb at which point the council should have removed the parking bay so close to the start of the road to allow for turning of larger vehicles.

BMW could have parked closer to the kerb but ultimately that’s a skill issue from the lorry driver - not that I would want that task myself!

The lorry would have been struggling to get in with any smaller cars fitted in the bay. He should been looking for an alternative route.

Isn't it illegal to park within 10 metres of a junction or turn to prevent this? I can't see the wording on the box but the one in front is for bicycles so why is it so close to the turn?
