Some things I did that *could* trigger a herpes flareup, but DIDN’T (moral of the story: don’t deprive yourself when travelling just to prevent a flareup, ENJOY YOURSELF): ✈️ Travelled to France & endured the 6 hr time change & sleep deprivation. 🥐 Ate everything my heart desired including all the pastries & sweets. 🩸Had my period. 🥂 Indulged in alcohol. 💊 Didn’t stick to my usual vitamin or antiviral regimen. 🌞 Got too much sun. 🤢 Got sick / food poisoning. 😮‍💨 Stressed around things like rushing to my flight home. 🚶‍♀️Walked too much & felt inflamed. #herpes #hsv
