I’ve been on my Job over 20yrs with one single performance issue, not one written, not one verbal, raise after raise promotion after promotion and now ive never been sooo damn stressed out. They just keep asking for more and more while other people gets away with doing the minimum and never held accountable. While I’m always being held accountable for what others are responsible for.

It’s hard when you care about your job and you put effort into it and your there 8 hours a day or more away from your family and one day you have people coming in from other company divisions to meet you and you hear a manager introduce them to a coworker and say “this is so and so and they are great asset to our company” and when they introduce you and the rest of your department you don’t get that same introduction. It’s like dagger in the heart! Makes you feel unseen and don’t care to put in the effort anymore especially when this person is very passive aggressive and talks about the company in a negative way…..I don’t get it.
