Crispy High-Protein Zucchini Sticks Golden, crunchy “fries” with a creamy garlic dip 🤍 Macros (with dip): Calories: ~374 Protein: ~29g Carbs: ~46g Fat: ~8g Zucchini Sticks Ingredients: – 403g zucchini, cut into fry-size sticks – 32ml liquid egg whites – 52g keto bread crumbs – Salt & pepper to taste Creamy Garlic Dip: – 58g nonfat Greek yogurt – 15g light mayonnaise – 17g Laughing Cow garlic & herb cheese – 6g garlic paste Directions: 1.Cut zucchini into fry-size sticks and pat dry well. 2.Coat zucchini in egg whites, then toss in bread crumbs with salt and pepper. 3.Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, flipping halfway and lightly spraying each side, until golden and crispy. 4.Mix all dip ingredients until smooth and creamy. 5.Serve zucchini sticks hot with the garlic dip on the side.
