I had the mirena coil fitted and although it hasn’t stopped my periods they are no where near what they was like , barely any pain and blood flow is lighter .

The only thing that helped me was limiting my caffeine(or alcohol) intake specially the week before my period starts.

I have been on Myfembree for 16 months. It has helped me significantly.. I’ve just locked the side effects out of my mind 😣 miss a dose though and it’s as if I’ve never started 😖

Diagnosed with Adenomyosis and had Marina inserted which made my Adenomyosis worse for yrs. Had a hysterectomy 5weeks ago and it’s been great not having a period and all the pain that goes with it

Im forced to take hormones because they refuse to give me a hysterectomy 😔 I'm 'too young' or could 'want kids in the future'. It's exhausting and painful. Isn't my health more important than a life that's not even created yet??

This was literally me 4 Hospital admissions for haemorrhage like symptoms that finally lead to hysterectomy! I feel feel for everybody going through this. My work allowed wfh it helped when needed!

I bled every day in my 20’s wearing diapers , I literally pushed through working for so many years because I had no other choice, but it was incredibly hard to deal with that
