Both bicep exercises were hammer curls. The first one wasn’t a regular curl because you used a neutral grip. Switch to a supinated grip using an EZ bar. Also your triceps, biceps and shoulders aren’t nearly big enough muscle to require 3 sets of everything. If you train with high intensity then 2 sets is perfectly fine. No need to add extra fatigue. If you’re not dying already in your first 2 sets then you didn’t go heavy enough and that’s why you’re doing a third set. Great video though and exercise choice. 😁
