Here’s my copycat recipe attempt. 🙂‍↕️ Salted cream top: - 1/4 cup heavy cream - 1 tbsp condensed milk - 1/8 tsp sea salt Whisk until smooth and set aside. Espresso: - 1 shot of espresso (I used my nespresso machine, but you can use whatever) Pour shot of espresso and set aside. Matcha latte: - 3g of matcha (I used Ippodo Sayaka) - 5g agave (can skip since cream top is sweetened) - 80g of milk Mix the matcha latte. Pour over the espresso shot and salted cream.
