they have a green tea base,so they are teas. 200 MG of green tea per packet. you can get 1 to 4 drinks out of each packet. Add more water and less powder if it's too strong or sweet, more powder and less water if u want it stronger and sweeter. u can divide each packet in halves of fourths

I use to make my own for years. now I have bad reaction to all herbal teas and the sugar free aftertaste is horrendous. I do miss the taste of them but had to stop drinking them. 🥺

I use these and absolutely love them. yes dissolve first in 2 cups water put in a 40 Oz tumbler and 2 more cups of water and then ice amd enjoy
