@alton: 30 days. 5 workouts a week, 2 hours a day (can split it up in 2-a-days) 4 meals a day and 2 protein shakes a day. goal is to gain 5lbs of muscle
I would sooo recommend you to swim, it gets you a better posture , alot of cardio and it does pump muscles so that could be a good thing to pick up. Also maybe a cooking book or something similar could be a cool thing to also aknowledge
