The price is to much cuz all housing is to much. but in this current market it’s not shocking at all. You are trading the tall ceiling for something that is historical and in a nice spot part of the greater Boston area. Personally if I was in the market for a house in the price range I would much prefer this beautiful house then the newer crap that’s being pumped out. This house was here a LONG time before I was born and it will definitely outlast me. The newer construction with wasted space and shit construction are falling apart before you even have the keys.

I know this is an incredible amount of space in Boston, but can you imagine spending 1.65 million dollars to have three bedrooms share a bathroom upstairs? Close to $2 million and you don’t even get an en suite?
