It's not that america has no culture, but that white people in America largely do not. Almost everything we have came from people of color and especially black people. Part of what it explicitly means to be white is to forsake your ethnic and traditional roots to be a homogeneous majority, and is how white supremacy thrives. So, yes. white people in America don't have culture. Our rules, standards, and baises are the default, but we don't have anything 'white' that is enriching or unique that is associated with culture.
