I finally stopped and what worked for me instead of biting I held on to something or everytime I found my finger in my mouth id wipe it off and pretend it's not there

PRO TIP: Get super hard acrylics and let them grow out super long. Then harden your actual nail so its hard to bite off

I bite my nails but it doesn’t really look like it and this girl in my class said my nails looked so healthy and what I did to make it look like how it is so I just said my fingers got mutated😭
