I think something that isn’t talked about enough is: my husband can fully be present at work because he isn’t worried about a daycare calling saying one of the kids are sick. Are the kids safe? Are they being well taken care of? He worries about none of that because I stay at home. So he can go back to school, be fully present at work, etc. it’s a blessing!

This is my first year being a stay at home mom, he’s my first son! But before him i was a preschool teacher for 7-8 years! I stopped working last November, so I’m kinda new to this, but one thing that keeps me sane is using a preschool kind of schedule/routine! it keeps both of us sane!! 😭✨✨

these tips are awesome. I wish I was in a better situation though. I have a son and daughter and haven't had the time to renew my ID. So now I cant leave the house without someone else driving me and it feels even worse and crushing with the addition of the shame and guilt that comes from not making money to help financially. I know my work is important and my babies love having me home but sometimes it takes a mental toll just staying in my house with no friends and barely any help. I just try to clean and do chores to keep the sadness away while trying my best to actually enjoy the time I have with my kids.
