Hey, it’s me the naked mole rat in the video- my hair is actually growing so thick compared to where I started when I first got them. My hair was breaking, thin, brittle. The extensions have not affected my hair in any negative fashion.

If your hair is breaking and getting worse from extensions do a 6 month cycle, take them out during the winter, keep them in during hot girl summer but, also, you might want to find a new hairstylist. My hair, is actually better.

Oh I felt this. I took mine out and I felt bald insecure and ugly. I thought I needed a break from them. But what do I know? I put them right back in after a deep scalp massage and wash.

I had them on and off for four years. I’m over it now. But I always took breaks so my hair wasn’t consistently under any stress.
