Very spot on except that I see The Corruption for Louis way more. When we meet him, some of his main struggles (and reasons he was susceptible to being turned) were his view of himself as morally decaying and the quite literal “corruption” of his business & lifestyle (not to mention his continued appreciation for shady means of earning money way into season 2 (“the first vampire capitalist” as Armand remarked)). Additionally, he does kind of chase the interpersonal toxicity that is a big part of The Corruption (ex: his toxic love with Lestat, the fact that Armand became “boring” to him when he couldn’t match that)
