Those seats are horrible and break down within months. United’s maxs gave them and many are absolutely destroyed in aircraft that are 2-3 years old

Honestly I really like United. There are far worse airlines. Free WiFi, ife, charging ports, complimentary snacks & beverages. Besides their food there’s not a lot to complain about
