@kyungsoofit: Crispy Spicy Mayo Shrimp 492 Calories 45gP | 56gC | 8gF Ingredients: 200g Raw Shrimp 15g Corn Starch 1-1½ Tbsp Sriracha ½ Tbsp Greek Yogurt ½ Tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise 1 Tsp Stevia 1 Tsp Garlic Powder Salt and Black Pepper to taste Cooking Spray Cucumber Salad (Will use about half): 1 Cucumber 1 Tsp Garlic Powder or Minced Garlic 5ml Sesame Oil 5ml Soy Sauce Pinch of Gochugaru or Chili powder Green Onions Sesame Seeds Salt and Pepper to taste Toppings: 125g Rice/Serving Green Onion 1. Lightly season the raw shrimp with a pinch of salt and then into a container add the shrimp and 15g of corn starch. Shake to coat evenly. 2. Place the shrimp in the air fryer, lightly spray with cooking spray and cook at 380F for 6-8 minutes. 3. Into a large bowl add the following to make the spicy mayo sauce: 1-1½ Tbsp Sriracha , ½ Tbsp Greek Yogurt, ½ Tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise , 1 Tsp Stevia, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, Salt and Black Pepper to taste and green onions. 4. Add the Shrimp into the bowl with sauce and mix well. 5. Add the following into a container to make the cucumber salad: 1 Sliced Cucumber, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder or Minced Garlic, 5ml Sesame Oil, 5ml Soy Sauce, Pinch of Gochugaru or Chili powder, Green Onions, Sesame Seeds, Salt and Pepper to taste and mix well. 5. Serve with 125g of rice, cucumber salad, top with sesame seeds, green onions and enjoy! These measurements are for 1 serving, if you would like to make more portions, adjust the measurements to make in big batches for meal prep. Follow me for daily healthy recipes!
