At least they bring the stuff to you. The warehouse I worked in I had to scan the box and then walk to wherever the product was grab however many then walk back, scan the box again and either go grab more products or send the box. It was an easy 25-30k steps a day.

I love how everyone is saying not to overwork yourself. 1400 in 4 hours is only 350uph. Honestly, that’s slow. There’s people in my building 500+ uph. I’m about a 400-430uph.
