there is more to it as well. it can be that they have sluggish bile flow. Vitamin D is a fat soluble fiber and It need bile to carrie it around properly.. low fat diet is a cause for sluggish bile.

more than 20 years ago i was with the flu at home and suddenly i feel the need for a little sunshine and so i sat on the wall in the sun light after four or after 5 in the evening and in less than a minute cold begins to run down my nostrils so from there i acknoweledge that the sun is good for ourbody.
