Cheers, good luck on your golf journey! It's a rewarding sport for sure! But it can be dissapointing and frustrating a lot of days but it's worth the work we put into it! I'm currently working on a big swing change as someone whose played golf since I was 4 years old and 34 now the grind never stops 😂 but if we can learn something everyday or engrain better movements in our swing it all adds up over time 😁 just don't get to lost in the sauce with YouTube instruction, you'll find so many opposing ideas and it's easy to get confused. Fundamentals first (grip, posture, balance, alignment) and then try to find a good coach it took me 2 months to find someone I clicked with and found who had the right skill set to teach someone like me so don't feel bad if you need to go through a few instructors to find the right one. A good balance of feel and mechanics is what I look for, you'll find never want to ignore your swing mechanics and only be feel but also you don't want to get lost in trying to fit a cookie cutter mold of a golf swing and forget about the feel and creativity in actually playing golf and course management, either way best of luck I'm going to be posting more instructional tips soon I've been focused more of product reviews lately but soon I'll start adding more things I've learned over the years 🙏🏻cheers!
