I don’t prefer reaching out as far as he does, you’re right on the edge of having the front of the glove up and may cause the ball to hit it and react..a lil deeper with the glove hand…just an opinion….

This is a great post great job. I’ve been saying this for years, but the way you’ve explained it makes it a lot clearer. I tried a different ways trying to explain the open leg concept in order to receive the ball properly once again Good post.
