The funny part is that we already had a confirmed ride and a CODE from the App. So basically, when you use taxi apps at Delhi Airport you get just a CODE then you have to go to the basement like pickup parking area where many cars are waiting. Then you take just the car standing in front. But our supposed to be driver (one infront of the line ) didn’t want to take us. I guess because we were heading the city center and it was far .. just a guess because they never communicated with us why they didn’t want to take us ! The only thing they asked was where are you guys going , we mentioned the hotel showed them the CODE and everyone continued with their lives like no costumer was there ! And even the driver infront of the roll left without someone 😂 and the next one also didn’t want to take us 💀 Meanwhile other people kept coming and leaving with the taxis like everything was normal 😂 After some minutes they finally told us we needed to order another kind of ride that charges per hour instead. At this point we were already exhausted after the flight, so we just gave up we booked via Uber got the CODE and walked over to Uber, which was literally right next to it. Uber called us, we walked to the car, entered immediately, no weird looks, no discussion, nothing. Just professional and smooth.
