Bro I work in Germany and I am busting my ass properly during those 8 hrs plus 1 hr unpaid lunch break so 9 hrs total on the job and mentally. Shit is fked, cause only seniority matters aka how long you are at a firm and not your impact

Even if I agree with it I am totally against it. It is already moving in this direction where companies can hire people for flexible hours meaning that they still pay you hourly rate but they might not need you for full time. What this actually means is that people will not be able to feed their families. It only helps businesses get richer. Sometimes they need you for 100h per month sometimes 50h sometimes 150h. As employee you can't search for second job either because you need to be available. So you get paid even less. Sound good on paper but will never be good for employees...

Not always the case, my job I have to be on site for 8 hours and sit around waiting just incase the machines break down, they need to be fixed and running as quickly as possible. Can’t do that if I’m not there can I.

🤣🤣🤣 ar trebui să faci o clasificare a joburilor unde angajatul poate termina o treaba de 8 ore intr-o oră și cele mai multe în care este imposibil. Crezi că un angajat de la Spartan poate face treaba de 8 ore intr-una singură? Mă îndoiesc, mai ales dacă nu-ți intră clienți in restaurant încontinuu... și Da, ai dreptate că există si domenii în care dacă ești smart poți avea o astfel de productivitate, dar nu poți generaliza.

Fix aceiasi situatie aici. In maxim o ora fac job de 8 ore. Altii nu sunt in stare sa termine nici in 8 si suntem platiti la fel. Mai imi dau si proiecte pt continuous improvements si onboarding robots. Cica o sa arate mai bine la cv, dar bani in plus nu😂
