@jackeatseverything: Let’s do something different for a change! I find we do the same things each and every week don’t we?🤯 There’s so many things out there that I’ve never done. So going forward - every week I’m going to pick a random activity and get it done 💪 I’ve never done an ice bath and I see it all over the internet so this week me and my mate Liam booked a place called ‘Fire And Ice’ which have ice baths and saunas and I actually gave it a try! I can’t lie to begin with it was so hard once getting under the water but after I went in the sauna and then got back in and repeated over and over it suddenly became much easier and really enjoyable! By the end I was staying in for over 3 minutes! This place is located in Old Down but there’s also another in Westbury. It costs £17.50 for an hour. Definitely something that I would do again so if anyone knows of any other great places like this please do let me know! 😍 What random activity should I do next?
