@ku1h_koc1: Finally tried Samidori by Yamamasa Koyamaen 🤩🥳 It’s creamy, smooth with soft umami, gentle sweetness and refreshing vegetal aroma. The bitterness and astringency are very minimal with light oceanic notes. Compared to Yomo no Kaori, YNK feels more earthy, vegetal and seaweed like with more moderate bitterness. Meanwhile samidori leans creamier, sweeter and has extremely low bitterness.
