Can’t beat the beauty industry here but the day to day is starting to match the US. Miami to Manchester and when i came in 2018 permanently it was so much cheaper and after lockdown it all sky rocketed. My 3bed terrace in Openshaw was £695 and it’s now £1400 🫠
