I work in a retail call centre that does price beats and price matches. We will have customers web chat in get denied by one rep and then spend hours doing the rounds of all the reps in the call centre in the hopes that one of us will slip up and approve it, as if we don’t write notes on each customer interaction and also have a call centre wide chat where we talk to each other 🤦🏻♀️
