She was detained in the cruiser for approx 20mins. The patient was an out of state officer, he later passed away from his injuries. The nurse reached a $500k settlement against The city and university in 2017. Det. Jeff Payne was fired for violating department policies & his supervisor was demoted, in 2017. Payne tried to countersue, but the case was thrown out.

In this case, it shouldn't be a civil case. It should be a criminal case. that cop arrested an innocent person for following the law. that cop should be arrested for violating the law.

Bad training = more money out of tax payers the more things like this happen the more it hurts the economy not like the government actually helps out communities but the country is already 13 trillion in debt and with everyone getting settlements I’d say we owe more not not sure what it is in 2026 but pretty soon we all gonna live in huts 🤣
