I struggle hard to dnf a book and I don’t know why 😂 I will drag myself to the finish of a terrible book 😭 I’ve only dnf’d one book and I actually only had a few chapters left but I should have dnf’d soooo much sooner. I finally gave it up cuz I realized I’m not even curious how it ends 😂 I could barely understand what was even going on and I could not have cared less about the characters or story etc 😂 but I really had to coax myself into putting it down and not finishing despite literally hating it.

I have a compulsion to finish any piece of media that I start because I believe I cannot have an opinion on something unless I have experienced it in its entirety. I have finished a 500 page book even though I knew I hated it by page 2. One of my favorite video (Forespoken) has so many bad reviews by people who admit to only playing 10 minutes of it.
