My CI from Income from the 90s doesn't pay a lump sum. It pays the sum assured plus bonus declared todate upon diagnosis of late stage of 30 illnesses .

When i bot my GE life insurance years back the agent says as long as doc cert says cancer i get claim. But now agent say cancer must be critical n cannot be saved type. So what the Govt doing to protect consumers. Sg has bad consumer law basically none while China has better consumer laws

My GE agent too. Prior signing said cancer can claims then I signed that day , just ended signed . He said oh ya breast cancer not covered. Then , months later , I got breast cancer n I cannot claims n worst no agent wants to sell me insurance . And am stuck to pay monthly $450. For this insurance !! I bought from this GE agent coz his mother in law is kind n my hubby n mine friend but last few months my hubby passed away .
