It helped my chronic hemiplegic migraines but lots of side effects- right eye ptosis, mid eyebrow collapse, made me look much older (am 70), weight gain, bloated, constipation. Overall helped since hemiplegic migraines were incapacitating.

I get botox monthly and steriods monthly, it helps to a degree. Doesn't prevent barometric pressure migraines. Neither helps barometric pressure migraines.

Botox saved me!!!! I had constant daily vestibular migraines and couldn’t leave my bed/house. I’m now able to make it out for short trips and working on extending tolerance.

weirdly I get immediate effects from it. Like, if I have a migraine when I get it it goes away on the spot but it only lasts for 3 weeks
