My husband was telling me it’s because the online is giving us lots of quick hits of dopamine that the real world isn’t. It’s not a good thing. I deleted tik tok off my phone for a couple weeks to live in the real world but now I’m back. 😂😂😂😂

You are so real for this. I’ve followed you for a while and have sensed this with you (which may sound odd but I am a life coach and I have my spidey senses)! Of course it’s overstimulating! I also have 3 boys (not 4) and youngest is a girl. It’s so true this is such a real thing for these teens. Good for you for being sensitive to it and now look — you have the tools and your experience here that you can utilize to empathize and parent those boys with the tech.
