Honestly bro, people need to realize love was never about dates, night talks, and an alone time with them, its support through highs and lows, yotsuba did that, she never needed Futaro romantically, and thats whats special, love was made platonically between them, and it bloomed to smth beautiful, nevertheless, miku and itsuki was a top contender, but cmon now, would you rather choose the person who was with you from the beginning, changed and shaped you to what you are now, or someone you js recently bonded? From the story's perspective, it goes to show that love can be as simple as platonic, love doesnt have to be romantic, it couldve been as big as buying them an island, or as small as staying with them, chainging and shaping them to what they are now. Thats love, the love that yotsuba showed, but nevertheless, I get the frustration, all that romantic build up js to go someone who has barely romantic screen time, but maybe, thats beautiful, because in a way, the story shows us that love isnt suppose to be seen, it could be hidden.

Yotsuba was the right choice for futaro, the best choice is what the fans want for their self to see. I personally wanted miku to win but after rewatching tqq the Mc (futaro) is different, he didnt need those dates or time spent individually but what he seeks is someone who will support him no matter what and yotsuba had that quality, although it seems she never tried she chose to stay quiet and withdraw for the sake of her sisters yet she is the one there when futaro needs support the most. I personally also wanted itsuki or nino to win but the thing with itsuki is that she is so similar to futaro, why is that a problem? Because futaro doesnt need someone who mirror who he is as i said what he need is someone who will support him through highs and down. The author should prob just create a ova where every fan favorite quint wins or atleast gives them a love interest in the 10 year time skip ova.

Maturing as a tqq fan is realising that all of them deserved futaro but yotsuba is the best choice FOR FUTARO. it's just that futaro acknowledged what yotsuba did and not the effort that the other quints made, no futaro hate cz that's js how he perceived love as (nino better for me)
