Hi Dr. Ellie, Quick question, is it okay if I spit out the extra saliva from the xylitol mints instead of swallowing it? I noticed when I swallow it, my stomach gets irritated and gassy. Right now I’m doing about 2-3 mints, 5 times a day. Thank you so much for your guidance!
