There's lots of things happening that are completely illegal. Vehicle's of all categories being driven by unlicensed driver's. Disqualified driver's still operating on the road. Abuse of international licence is widespread. More countries licence being exchanged to Irish licence without a driving test ( with a very poor standard of driving). I'm not saying the sulky issue doesn't need to be sorted, but there's far bigger issues that gutless politicians won't tackle.
