@liftwithshelby: i have square glutes and this is one of the movements actually helping. belt squat rdls take your lower back out of it completely so the glutes do all the work, and going slow gives me the best stretch. no belt squat? regular rdl or cable pull-through work, just slow it down!!!! #squareglutes #lowerbodyworkout
