They pushed my account up to R 5000 pm about 10 years ago. I queried they pushed it to R 25000. Everytime I queried and argued I felt I was punished. Eventually had a bill of R350 000

I'm sick Nd tired of the municipality. I send the readings every month. but still my bill is high . dey charge me 1 month for electricity Nd den the next dey don't . den the following month the bill is very high. like last week I got a print out Nd my bill is R7100 . honestly I don't know wat on earth dey doing . plus another thing is every single day our water cuts off at 5pm . Nd comes back at 5am. but no change in the bill.
