makanan sehat untuk penderita hiperteroid jenis sayuran hijau,buah paling bagus pisang, alpukat lemon dn tomat, protein yg yg bagus telur, jenis ikan tawar. hindari makan, sayur kubis, ikan laut krna tinggi yodium, kacang kedelai dn olahanya seperti tempe tahu sebaiknya di kurangi, (kurangi kopi, garam dn gula) *semangat sehat* 🥰
