@paulinareitman: Homemade bolognese over creamy polenta🍅🌽🥩🥕 * 1 small yellow onion * 3 garlic cloves * 3-4 small carrots or 1 large one * 1 pack of ground beef * 1 large 28 oz can of crushed tomatos * Instant polenta (bought at eataly & can find at any Italian market) 1 ingredient only! * Any veggie (I did broccoli) Instructions: — Finely chop onion, garlic, and carrots and add them into a large saucepan with some olive oil on medium heat — Once lightly browned, add in ground beef and cook down with salt and pepper — add entire can of tomato sauce + 1/2 cup or so of water (fill tin with water to get remnants of sauce out of can) — add 1 TBSP of granulated sugar if you like a sweeter sauce — bring sauce to boil at high temp and then bring to low. Cover and let simmer for about 30 min-1 hour (the longer the better!) — cook polenta (following instructions on box) add some grass fed butter if desired — plate polenta first + bolognese on top, add some fresh parm & serve with salad or veggie (or as is)😋 @All-Clad @Oner Active #healthyrecipe #highproteinmeals #cookwithme #healthydinner #DinnerIdeas
