You need to be getting baby out of the carseat every 2 hours, if not sooner with such a young baby. This is extremely important. Older children can go the full 2 hours before needing to get out and move, this also goes for adults.

Awww good job mama!! You need one of those cameras that go on your dash board! They are life changing and I still use it on my 19 month old (4th child) they are like $35 on Amazon. Worth every penny!!

Taking your first trip alone with a newborn deserves a medal honestly 😭 I remember being terrified to leave the house because everything felt so overwhelming. I was exhausted, emotional and convinced I’d forget something important every five minutes. The first solo outing with a newborn is equal parts bravery and chaos 😩 I remember packing a million things, stressing over every little detail and feeling completely drained before I even got in the car.
