artistically speaking, literally it's a BAD design. Sandrone is somewhat small (along with her headpiece and the LONG skirt which made her have some balance, that the latter is now gone so it's unbalanced) so having Pulonia was also a balance, a contrast since it's so much bigger compared to her; they complimented each other but now...uhm.

Hoyo defenders trying to act like Pulonia wasn't cool af and that most of Sandrone's appeal was the fact that he was with her, and that he was one of the reason lots of people liked Sandrone in the first place and consequently are disappointed to see him gone. The two of them as a duo were PERFECT. And the fans are most absolutely justified for not liking what they did with Sandrone as a playable character. Yes, people CAN be unreasonable sometimes. Fans CAN be unreasonable when something that they liked is taken away, but you CAN'T possibly say that they're being childish or spoiled just because they are complaining abt how they're most likely justifing Pulonia's death with more senseless lore and that the new version of Sandrone (the playable) is a SERIOUS downgrade.
