@drdavidmorris: Why does neuropathy keep getting worse even with medication? Neuropathy may involve more than damaged nerves. Blood sugar swings, circulation issues, inflammation, mitochondrial stress, and nutrient deficiencies can all play a role in how symptoms progress. That’s why some people keep searching for answers even when standard testing looks “fine.” Early intervention and deeper investigation may matter more than most people realize. What’s the first symptom you noticed before neuropathy got worse? #fyp #viral #neuropathy #functionalmedicine #rootcause #magnoliamedicalcenter #murfreesboro #healthtips #bloodsugar #wellness

My husband has been dealing with neuropathy since before he had fusion surgery on C2-L2 (I think). The neuropathy has only gotten worse as has his lower back. Would you still do all of these things? He has been on high doses of Gabapentin which I know is not good and really doesn't seem to be helping. What are your thoughts?

all that still helps even years after masking it with gabapentin. it just takes a lot longer to do much. d-ribose and creatine I would also add to that list. my muscles were just starved of Mitochondrial energy.

Im in the UK and had carpel tunnel & trigger thumb release 7 weeks ago. I still have all the symptoms you have mentioned. My surgeon has prescribed Amitriptyline 20mg for the nerve pain. He says its not permanent but its not clearing. Any suggestions please?
