Summer break is basically a full-time event coordinator position 😂😭 suddenly you're responsible for activities, meals, outings, cleanup and preventing boredom all day long. I loved having my kids home, but wow the mental load was real. Then a friend told me to read Eat Like a Woman Protocol (by loren green) and wow… best thing I found honestly. 31 lbs down, steadier moods and more energy, and I finally felt like I could enjoy motherhood without constantly running on empty. Crazy more moms don’t know about this stuff fr))

Cream cheese chicken roll ups for dinner it’s so good! Get 2 cans of chicken some cream cheese! And any kind of shredded cheese mix together the chicken cheese and cream cheese and roll them up in croissants cook according to the package of croissants
