Lymphatic drainage is one of the very few beauty/health trends that we lowkey all should be jumping on. Especially because there’s no special product we need. There are a million gua sha tools you can use. If you do it in the shower, I think the heat/steam helps with the drainage.

Ive been doing this for 3 years. Its definitely a life changer. Im starting to also do lymphatic drainage on my stomach! Im 166lbs and im starting to seeeeeee such a difference! I bought a took from the tts. Its pretty neat!

I got some of these and it happens to me too! My eyes water terribly every time I do it, and my face actually swells up significantly during the night. I wake up with terrible headaches and it always relieves them tremendously. I just have a hard time finding the areas to open up.
