Oooof 100%! I’m new and part time at my job! And noticed a few favoritism signs already! Like some old workers getting special treatment while I get bossed around and sent warnings by supervisor bosses for doing the same things! While they actively ignore other workers!!!!

Unfortunately if I have someone who is productive and willing to help out and they are needing something from me I will 100% be more willing than for someone who is argumentative, a poor performer, doesn't help out and is always late🤷♀️people need to realise that managing is not a one for all, every bodies situation is different and needs different approach🤷♀️
