Sigh, your schools failed you. Yes, we don’t have the technology available anymore..we destroyed the technology to build a Model T car also, why? Because we stopped making it because it we moved on to better things as technology improved. There was no reason to keep the tooling for the Saturn V because we knew we were never gonna build it again. If knew if we were gonna go back to the Moon it would be in a newer and better vehicle. Destroying the means of production doesn’t mean we don’t know how we did it, it just means we replaced the means of producing it because there was no reason to retain something we didn’t need anymore.
